Robèrt van Beckhoven launches bij Robèrt at Westfield Mall of the Netherlands

Master Patissier and Master Boulanger Robèrt from Beckhoven, known from 'Heel Holland Bakt', among others, will open a boulangerie early next year at Westfield Mall of the Netherlands named bij Robèrt.

The exciting concept will feature a glass wall, allowing visitors to see Robèrt and his team in the kitchen and will pay attention to sustainability, using the best, honest ingredients.

We are very excited to start the realization of our boulangerie and pastry shop. We think that the concept of seeing, smelling, tasting and offering the highest quality suits Westfield Mall of the Netherlands and Fresh! in particular very well, says Robèrt van Beckhoven.

Despite the Covid pandemic, Robèrt believes that his team can offer a boutique, all-round experience to visitors.

In fact, the pandemic shows us how important it is to experience beautiful moments together. Baking together, experiencing, enjoying and getting to know traditional products. I am convinced that it will never disappear.
